About 15-20 years ago there was once a spelt biscuit with chocolate in a cardboard box.
Now that coeliac disease is widespread, a resurrection of this very fine cookie would be wonderful. At the time, I was deeply saddened that they were no longer available.

More spelt alternatives in general would be great! It already works really well with the Blevitas :)

Thank you very much for the suggestions. Food intolerances and allergies have indeed become more common in recent years. But even many people who have fewer problems with them are increasingly choosing products that are free from additives, don't contain white flour and so on. I only eat spelt pasta, for example, because it keeps me full for longer and simply tastes better than semolina pasta :-) I would be happy to pass on your request for more spelt alternatives and, of course, especially for spelt biscuits with chocolate to the product managers.
@Ines75: Do you happen to remember what these biscuits were called? I'm not sure whether your description is sufficient to be able to identify them with certainty.

Dear Antonia, oh dear, that was so long ago. I think they were just called chocolate spelt biscuits. In any case, they were long and coated with milk chocolate on one side. Dark chocolate would also be very interesting though!
