I was pleased to read today that there is a new bread, the spelt twister. What is the nutritional value and ingredients? I really hope it is a pure spelt twister. We have enough mixed flour breads, and it's long past time that a spelt loaf finally hit the shelves. Because spelt breads are in great demand and easy to bake. I hope that the Migros bakeries have managed it this time. I looked at the bread in Migros today: It consists of only 38% original spelt flour, the rest is wheat flour! Why is it soooo difficult for Migros to produce a pure spelt Twister? Migros has the Landbaguette, the Spitzbaguette, the Baguette, the Twister light, the Twister Rustico, the Passione, the Parisette..... - all of which are wheat loaves. And now I thought I would finally be able to buy a spelt breadstick. But no, the Migros bakers aren't capable of making one. I know I shouldn't be angry about this anymore. I'm just terribly disappointed that they keep making excuses about spelt being difficult or referring you to other breads. Spelt is not difficult, I bake with it myself and the bakeries can do it without any problems. So please, dear Migros, make a bread made from pure spelt flour. (Please don't refer me to the other bread on offer, I know it all too well)
