I really like spelt products. Unfortunately, I can't find any puffed spelt flakes without added sugar. I THINK THAT'S A SHAME.
There are oat nuts without sugar and why not with spelt !!!!
There is already enough sugar in many products.
In the health food shops there is!!!
It would be something for our health and for our children.
