I really like spelt products. Unfortunately, I can't find any puffed spelt flakes without added sugar. I THINK THAT'S A SHAME.
There are oat nuts without sugar and why not with spelt !!!!
There is already enough sugar in many products.
In the health food shops there is!!!

Alnatura spelt flakes Grossblatt have no added sugar . Alnatura puffed spelt is sweetened only with honey.
Many thanks for the information. I will have a look at spelt flakes large leaf. Honey is also sugar!!! Just a bit healthier than normal sugar.
