There is spelt puff pastry but no spelt cake dough or pizza dough. I would be happy about such products. Because ALDI has spelt pizza dough on offer.

Unfortunately, this is still wheat. The proportion of spelt is far too small... annoying!
It would be great if it said spelt, so that it also contained 100% spelt. thanks.

I have clarified this again with the people responsible: Our spelt doughs are made from spelt flour - the wheat flour and wheat starch is only used as flour for the equipment. The production of spelt dough without wheat flour is currently not possible, as otherwise the equipment would stick together, which is why no "pure" spelt dough is currently planned. However, we are very grateful for your input and feedback and are constantly reviewing possible solutions to this problem.
For allergy sufferers, we currently recommend the gluten-free cake batter from AHA.
