I would like to make a suggestion: as there are more and more people who love pure spelt breads and also tolerate them better, I suggest and very much hope that a pure spelt baguette or a pure spelt twist bread will be added to the range. The elongated breads are simply better and crunchier. As Migros has managed to produce a pure spelt plait with the new original spelt plait, it should therefore also be possible to make an elongated pure spelt baguette or pure spelt twist bread. I'm already looking forward to it!
