Dear Migipedia people, I was amazed when I wanted to activate/print out my vouchers this week. Last week I still had 2x10 vouchers, but now I don't have any more. although I only used one and the due date this week is not over yet. I had one for my husband's birthday and one for my daughter's birthday.... is this normal or has there been an error somewhere?

Thank you for your message. Is it possible that the vouchers may have been used by another family member (possibly the paper ones?).
The vouchers can only be used once and sometimes they are used by another family member.

That cannot be, I am the only one who manages them digitally or when I have them printed out with me. that is why this is not possible
