These "light" products have been around for many years now and we have become so accustomed to our favorite ones. The first thing I had to give up was the vanilla quark. I opted for strawberry as a substitute. Now all the Legerquark products have disappeared. Cervelats have also recently disappeared. Now I'm wondering when my coffee cream substitute will be discontinued! I'll probably have to rely on other suppliers/wholesale distributors, which I think is a shame, especially as the Cervelats were excellent.
Are these products really not in demand? I regret it! :-(
