Yes, that leaves the M-Budget toilet paper at best.

Migros explains here why WC paper is becoming more expensive. https://corporate.migros.ch/de/Magazin/2022/09/wc-papier.html This may also explain Haklé's economic situation. It is common for companies to enter into long-term supply contracts with major customers at stable prices - then the only "rescue" is insolvency - unfortunately that's the way it is! If conditions were as they were a year ago, everything would not be.... We have a similar problem with Axpo's electricity in Switzerland - on the one hand, long-term supply contracts of up to 3 years with major customers and, on the other, more deposits because the product is disproportionately more expensive - because it is systemically relevant, the federal government is stepping in with 4 billion.

Or Lidl, Aldi and Landi. They also have very good and inexpensive toilet paper. I personally like it better than the "hard" M Budget.

The term "hard" made me laugh - the day was saved! I remembered my school days and the English teacher when he introduced us to the English tabloid press, alluding to a then (late 50s) newly published Swiss newspaper with 5 letters with a similar style: They were all not even usable for the toilet because the printer red on the A.... would rub off. Incidentally, it was still common in rural areas at the time to cut up old newspapers and recycle them in this way...
