I'm always happy to receive the 5, 10 or 20 franc vouchers. I always use them for that extra something when shopping, like a meat pate for dad, an extra wish for the boys or a perfume for mommy. I see these vouchers as a reward for loyal customers and that's how I use them. As a reward.
As for the 2x and 5x points on the next purchase, well, on Thursday you get double points anyway. Unfortunately, the additional vouchers expire for me too.
Wouldn't it be smarter to reward the customer with an additional receipt at the time of payment instead of 2x and 5x points? For example: 500.- 5 Fr. receipt, 700.- 10 Fr. receipt 1`000.- 15Fr, receipt etc.
I hope I can continue to enjoy and benefit from the Migros mail for a long time to come.
