I recently went shopping for Guetsli and was looking for those that are suitable for diabetics. To my astonishment, only 2 varieties are on offer. I think that's a shame, as it's also possible to have 4 types of chocolate and 1 type of truffle in the range.

In my opinion, special diabetic products belong to the last century. Diabetics can eat anything today. Depending on the type, with appropriate insulin substitution or only in bulk.
In principle, I am also in favor of low-carb products if it makes sense. However, cookies naturally contain carbohydrates. Whether there is real sugar in them or not doesn't make the difference. It's better to enjoy two "real" Guetsli than four with a dubious taste ;)
