Products that no longer meet my quality requirements.

Des produits qui ne répondent plus à mes exigences qualité.

My comment does not apply to all products, of course.
I've already contacted Migros about this.

It concerns the "recyclability" of packaging. When you buy a product, you pay for the product AND the packaging. When you finish the product, you pay a 2nd time for the packaging (taxed rubbish bags).

It's not because bags now have to be paid for that I'm sorting. I was already sorting before. Since I've had my own place, I've been sorting (paper, cardboard, aluminium, iron, glass, pet, light bulbs, batteries, etc.).

And what couldn't be recycled = trash (the black bags). But now the bags have changed color and price with the introduction of the bag tax. And now I don't agree with putting anything and everything in them.

In short, I refuse to pay for packaging 2x: at the time of purchase + at the end of the product's life.

If an equivalent product exists but in recyclable packaging (competition), then I change product. I no longer consume milk cartons, but the bottles that are taken back. When I buy shampoo, for example, I look at the recycling symbol. If it's 02, 04 or 05 plastic, it's okay, I buy it because the waste collection center I go to accepts it. There's a lot of packaging that I think is 02, 04 or 05 plastic, but the problem is that IT'S NOT INDICATED. Please include the material type indication. Otherwise: product NOT PURCHASED.

Another example: I used to take a lot of ActiLife vitamins. Problem: no indication of the type of waste (plastic tube). Result: I stopped buying. And I have dozens of examples like that. In the end, I realized that I could live quite well without these products. And my garbage cans have shrunk considerably since I've been doing this.

If everyone boycotts products whose packaging isn't recyclable, maybe the big retailers will do something about the suppliers.

Thank you for your attention.
