For a while now, I’ve noticed that Coop has been running little contests on their app where it’s really easy to win free products. I think it’s a real shame that Migros isn’t doing the same thing! It’s a great way to build customer loyalty and introduce us to new products (especially since I rarely go to Coop…).
Your current contests are interesting, but the odds of winning are unfortunately slim... It would be nice if you took inspiration from this and offered us a similar concept. Customers love getting gifts every now and then!
