Only 3x Odinateurs for the whole of Switzerland. Unacceptable !!!!
I want to buy a computer. My choice is the Samsung NP700Z5C-SO2CH laptop at 699 Frs instead of 1'299 Frs. Page N° 5
I go to the Porte de Nyon store. They never received this computer, I ask if they still have one in Geneva or Lausanne, the answer is NO, they don't have one either.
So where can I find it? ????
ANSWER: There are only "3" in the whole of Switzerland. St. Gallen or Thun
I'm angry, I phoned customer service on Thursday 24 January 2013 to date no news.
We don't advertise if we don't have the item !!!!!!!!

I had to call the hotline again yesterday.
The answer:
they've probably already sold all the computers for 1,299 Frs.
before the advertisement with the price cut to 699 Frs.
