The manufacturer of the Delizio coffee machines has been in touch. He advises you to lift the container a little and remove it at an angle upwards. If this does not work, it could be that a capsule is jammed. In this case, you would have to take your machine to M-Service. Most service centers have replacement machines for the repair period.
