I had thousands of bonus points and wanted to redeem them, but unfortunately I don't see any more in my account.
So it's not that they are 0 but the whole area is gone?
My saved link ends in register machine.
Where have my points gone? How can I redeem them now?
The same thing happened to me. It's like there is no bonus program anymore. I thought maybe I had to register my machine. But that didn't work either because the serial number "is either incorrect or has already been used".
Same. I tried to register my machine, but I can't submit the form, it's grayed out. I also had thousands of points :(
Read the answer from Remo / Migros. You can no longer redeem the Delizio points as the program was dissolved on 21.10.2025 and the points were converted into Cumulus points:
