My bonus points were also not credited over 2 months ago. I received the following reply to my complaint. Apparently the problems are still not under control. "Hello Mr. Stecki Thank you for your message. We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our bonus program. Unfortunately, these problems may take some time to resolve. Please be assured that our team is working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will inform you as soon as the system is working again. All bonus points accumulated during this time will be automatically credited to your account.
