I have two questions: 1. is the fresh yeast sold in Migros gluten-free? 2. why are packaged meat products - as practiced in neighboring countries - not labeled as clearly as they are in other countries as to what is gluten-free or contains gluten? Although the ingredients are listed, it is often stated that they contain spices or spice mixtures. It is not stated whether these (may) contain gluten or not. Do the spices in packaged meat products contain gluten?
