Unfortunately, my storybox is also defective. But I no longer have the receipt.
How do I proceed? The box was bought around fall with the superheroes... migros itself has been offering the box for less than 2 years, so the guarantee cannot have expired yet.

You can take your Storybox to a Migros store's customer service department. If the store has no more boxes in stock, they will order one for you. An exchange is also possible without a receipt.
