I have purchased two products from Melectronic in the last two months, a GoPro as a display model and a Wintron Tab as new.
However, when I put them into operation, it turned out that both products had already been used and contained customer information.
In the case of the GoPro, it was not so bad, as it was only the customer's name, as this was the name of his WiFi access. However, it was protected with a passcode, meaning I couldn't use it without further ado.
With the Tab, however, it is very questionable as it contained very personal information such as first name, surname, email address and other details.
As a buyer, I find this very unpleasant, as it is definitely not a new product, but the handling of customer information is questionable, because before a device that has been returned is put back on sale, the retailer must ensure that it no longer contains any customer data.

So dear Migros customers, before you return anything, make sure that you safely remove your personal data!
