Today I bought an MD Hot-SW Chicken Classic for CHF 7.20 at Migros Höschgasse for lunch. Despite all my love for Migros and the generally good quality, this was by far the worst sandwich I've ever eaten in my life.

Hi DVW71, oops, sorry to read that you were disappointed with your meal. Can you explain what was so bad about the sandwich? In principle, you can report any complaints directly on site. If necessary, you will receive an exchange. Best regards, Sina
Dear Sina, thank you very much for your answer. It is difficult to explain exactly what was so bad. The packet (Chicken classic) didn't say anything about a sauce and that was fine with me. Ultimately, I can't even say whether it had a sauce. The outside of the bread was crispy and okay. But from the crust onwards, the mixture of spongy bread and spongy breading began to blend into each other and tasted awful and indeterminable. It's probably more to do with the basic idea of this sandwich creation, which should be reviewed or the inventor himself should eat it. In winter, I grab a sandwich "quickly" and go back to my office to eat it. I didn't feel like going back to Migros and complaining about a half-eaten sandwich.... or asking someone to take a bite to convince them... It's just easier not to buy sandwiches there in future... Best regards DVW71
