After I got the information on Monday AFTER shopping that there was another Cumulus stamp fever, I activated it immediately. Then on Tuesday morning, more than 24 hours later, I received nothing for Tuesday's purchase despite activating it. Who else had the same problem?
And why do you have to activate it? It would be friendlier if you could just do it. Then everyone can benefit. Because now the non-app users are once again excluded!

The stamp fever is from Tuesday and if you activated the stamp card before the purchase on Tuesday (i.e. the orange "ACTIVATE" is no longer visible) and purchased over CHF 20, you should have received 1 point.... is displayed after the orange line with a 1.
As soon as the 3 appears on the stamp card - there is a 3x with limited redemption time under coupons (far left). Same procedure for 6x, 9x and 12x.

When activating the stamp cards, please check that the stamp card has been correctly set to active. Please also note that a maximum of one stamp is awarded per day and the stamp allocation can take up to 24 hours.
The stamp cards must be activated manually, as participation can be freely selected.

Not only the "non-app users" are excluded, but also the "non-Smartfohn users". If the stamps are already run via the Cumulus number, why can't the stamp bonuses be printed out at the till?
I have all the printed paper I get at the till on the app.
