Purchase for CHF 50.90. I paid CHF 50 with the blue Cumulus vouchers. Now, according to my receipt, only Fr. 0.90 points have been credited. Is this new? In April and July 2016, I also paid with the blue vouchers and received points for the entire purchase amount.

No, this is actually nothing new!
I don't know any different! There are no points for the blue Cumulus vouchers
no points.
And never were, right from the start.
If you have received points anyway, perhaps a mistake has been made,
then be happy about the extra points!

Your answer is partly wrong: Originally, purchases paid for with the blue Cumulus vouchers also earned the full number of points again - compound interest, so to speak. If I remember correctly, this was abolished at the same time as the sales bonus.

Normally you get one point for every CHF 1.00 you spend. However, this no longer applies to amounts paid with the blue Cumulus vouchers. This has been the case for some time.
However, if you make a purchase on a day on which there are multiple points, you will still receive points, but one less than advertised. Example: As an opening promotion, there are 5x Cumulus points in store XY on September 33. You make a purchase for CHF 100.00, pay CHF 50.00 with blue vouchers, the other half in cash. You receive 4x 50 points (vouchers) plus 5x 50 points (cash). Of course, this also applies if you use a yellow voucher (5x points) from the Cumulus mail order service or a bonus coupon (2x) from your (last) purchase of CHF 100.00.
If you buy products that are awarded 20x points due to a novelty promotion, you will also receive these points in full when you pay for the blue vouchers; the same applies if you have (digital) promotional coupons (buy a certain product for at least CHF XX.XX and you will receive an extra 100 points).
When you made your purchases in April and July, you apparently used one of these options, which is why you didn't notice that the usual 1% that you get back for a purchase when paying normally was not credited - as it is now with the current purchase.

Ui ui ui, that's super complicated, but well explained and you're right. I had redeemed 5x and 2x vouchers at the time and that's why I didn't notice it.
