Cumulus points not received

Cumulus-Punkte nicht erhalten

Hello everyone

I bought several Dyson vacuum cleaners this month: Ordered online and then picked up and paid on site. But I have never received any points for this, can someone explain this to me. On 5.4 for example for 1070 francs and on the receipt it says 0 points received.
