I think that everything that is standard costs nothing, but special requests such as your own design are only available for an extra charge. This is actually the case everywhere.

I contacted Famigros directly. The advertisement came via the Famigros electronic newsletter.
It's ok so far, just wanted to report it.

I also saw the advertisement in question a few weeks ago. According to it, the customized card is only free if a new credit card account is applied for at the same time, but not as a replacement for an existing card. In addition, if I'm not mistaken, a special code has to be entered when ordering.
