Dear Migipedia, my wallet is about to burst from all these Cumulus receipts. I very rarely redeem them because I don't have them to hand when I need them. Why all this effort with wasting till paper and wasting time at the till, which is certainly tedious for the till staff. Why not just do more Cumulus promotions for everyone, without any vouchers, so that all Cumulus customers get more out of it and it would also be much more environmentally friendly.

Hello @Konfusius, we provide the coupons in paper form, as many people do not have the option of redeeming them in digital form. Please also note that the coupons are customized for each individual customer. However, as this is a pilot project, I would be delighted to receive your feedback and will pass it on as input.
