I ask myself why the vouchers expire??????? At Coop no points expire, I find the whole Cumulus thing far too time-consuming with the constant settlements that are not necessary, the whole thing was much cheaper. How COOP does Mirgos is of course counting on customers missing the date so Migros will certainly save a lot of credits I think that's behind this scam from Migros far away when it comes to customers
Yes, it would definitely be easier if you could simply collect them without restriction. But they're probably afraid that you'll end up paying huge amounts with them. Anyway, I'm glad that I don't have to worry about my few hard-earned Coopoints :-D
Hello charly99 Superpoints from Coop expire 12 months after the last use of the Supercard. For accounting reasons, such credit balances must be deleted at some point. Migros pays out around two million francs in blue vouchers to the 2.8 million Cumulus account holders with each statement. If only 5% of these vouchers are not redeemed, new provisions amounting to CHF 600,000.00 have to be set aside each year for six settlement events. Therefore, such discount credits must expire at some point. Best regards Peter
