In the Cumulus account management it now has the receipts, also in CSV format. This is quite nice, but apparently there are still bugs in the program ... For me, some lines do not appear correctly in the right columns.

I also think that the EAN code should be included. And also the ticket number.

And since the whole thing is not flexible enough anyway ... I would be in favor of a 3rd data format, which I once developed for a large commercial vehicle manufacturer and which can cope with all types of data records.

If you are already correcting the CSV, then you should also include the "warranty ticket number" and the data from it. This is also because the warranty ticket does not work reliably anyway (the warranty ticket is "forgotten" when orders are placed).

But it can be assumed that very few people use the CSV at all.

Since CSV works with a "separator", it is also always very problematic if this "separator" is already "normally" in the text (then the columns shift when importing). I once tried for several weeks to do this reliably with the export to CSV format ... unfortunately this is difficult ... You have to "clean" all the data from the character that you use as a separator and even that is not reliable. All it takes is one wrong character in the data and everything is broken.
