We are a family and use a Cumulus card together. Can it only be linked once to a Migros account or can two Migros accounts also be linked to one Cumulus card?
For example, we have two email addresses for Migros Login. Cumulus is linked to one person. For the second person, the connection does not work - when you perform the action in the app or on the web, you are simply taken to a new page without an error message.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to link Migros accounts. The Cumulus card is always issued to one person. However, it is possible - as you say - that several people can collect on the same Cumulus account using additional cards or stickers.
I'll ask our specialists about the connection in the app in a moment. I'm actually not entirely sure whether there is a possibility.

I've spoken to the person responsible for Cumulus and it shouldn't be a problem for everyone in the family to store the same Cumulus card in the app. Simply enter the relevant Cumulus number.

I have just tried to install my cumulus number on my wife's phone (in the app). Unfortunately without success, although the password given is correct. I have also reset it again and the app still says the password is incorrect. Should this really work or has this function been changed?

But I'm not surprised that it works on the PC as opposed to a smartphone app:
You can't access Cumulus functions of the same number at the same time -- except for collecting points....
The same Cumulus number cannot be used by 2 different people at the same time for self-scanning... If your partner is using Self Scanning, you cannot do the same thing ...
The same profile on 2 apps would also be called in the submenu Portemommaie:
-- Simultaneous access to mobile payments (partner card deactivation) and payment cards.
With future ideas such as self-scanning with your own cell phone and TWINT, it would also not be possible, even if I assume that independent apps will be used anyway...
However, it would be a great advantage if the shopping lists were shared. Certain shopping apps offer this synchronization function.
But why not - I'm also thinking about it - not different numbers for 2 people in the same household? The weekly shopping would just have to be done alternately, because of the redemption of the 2-fold in the period of 30-60 days. But then you get the 5-fold and other benefits twice in return!
