Who came up with this again? For years I had online access to my Cumulus account, now suddenly I'm being asked to "connect the Cumulus account". Unfortunately, the node for connecting doesn't work, I keep getting an error message saying "The Cumulus account could not be connected." And this even after I have generated a new password. So now, in times when you shouldn't pay in cash, I have to use the slips of paper at the till to redeem my points and vouchers (which I'm glad I didn't throw away, don't trust any digital system...!).
