Hello Migros How about simply crediting the points that are left over to the new time to continue collecting? About 450 points have been deleted.

@Hassan2018 When a billing period ends, which was once again the case on March 31, 2020, the Cumulus account looks as if all points are gone for a few days because the account shows zero points. However, nothing has been deleted and it only looks like this for the first few days. During the course of the month, the remaining points will reappear. The remaining points have always been carried over to the next billing period, so no change is necessary.
