And how do I get the Blue Cumulus in paper form? At Obi, I can only redeem Cumulus in paper form. You need the barcode. The billing would already work digitally.... I also experienced that nothing worked digitally, so I was glad that I had most of the vouchers in paper form with me.

Unfortunately, I don't have a blue one in the app at the moment, so I can't look it up. But I seem to remember that the receipts are always shown there in full, i.e. with EAN code. If this is the case, simply hold out the digital receipt and have the code scanned.

Answer from Obi: No, we need them in paper form... I don't understand it either. The whole thing is very strange.

The automatic debiting of the digital Blue Receipts using the QR code in the app does not work because OBI has a different checkout system to the Migros stores. Whether you scan the barcode on the Blue Receipt from paper or from the cell phone screen should make no difference there either.

Hello The blue vouchers cannot be used in digital form at OBI, but also at m-way, Migrol, Depot or Migros Ferien, as these partners have a different checkout system to Migros. For this reason, the QR code cannot be scanned in the Migros app. For security reasons, it is not possible to redeem digital Cumulus vouchers with the physical Cumulus card, the barcode or the Cumulus EAN code (adhesive label), so that no one can use such vouchers with someone else's card. Hi Peter Thanks for repeating what I already wrote myself: I already know that the QR code cannot be used at OBI. My point was to read the EAN-STRICHCODE, which, as far as I remember, is also shown on the respective blue receipts in the app (under Wallet/Cumulus receipts). That should work, because it's the same barcode as on the paper.

So just leave it as it is. Even if a message appears almost every month and now even in the app. I think it's a bit of a hassle!

Ha, I know something. At M-Way you can collect one Cumulus for every 2 CHF, BUT you can't redeem any blue ones ? ?

Hi AlMiDeCoLi Unfortunately, the EAN barcode of the vouchers is not visible in the Migros app. Under "Wallet" and "Cumulus vouchers", if you click on a voucher and then click again, unfortunately only the number of the voucher is shown, but not the corresponding barcode. best regards Peter
