I wanted to redeem three activated Cumulus vouchers today, but only one was debited. The other two are still active, even though I bought these two products separately. What went wrong? How can I still post it retrospectively?

Why don't you ask the Cumulus-Infoline and, if possible, attach evidence (screenshots, receipts).
I've also had a receipt that was rightly not debited. Had the right to one piece, but scanned a pack of six? Scanned only one seal sandwich the next time and the receipt disappeared with the active items.
