It is well known that the Cumulus points program was introduced to entice customers to buy more. But now Migros is going one better to make the cash registers ring even better so that it will soon be considered a rip-off. After opening the recently sent Cumulus receipt statement, I noticed a change. Up to now, 2 Cumulus bonus vouchers were sent along for 5 times the points on the purchase amount so that you could redeem the voucher regardless of the total amount. But now with the new system, the customer is forced to pay a minimum purchase contract of CHF 75 in order to continue earning bonus points. Migros has gone into the red to use such tricks!!!
