Ok, thanks. And why don't you write that on the receipt? Incidentally, Melectronics is not necessarily cheap. It's always worth doing a bit of googling. Even the promotions are usually more expensive than in other places ;-)

The old machines are much better from Kistchen Aid! I mean really old! ↵↵The newer ones have plastic gears that can cause extreme problems.↵The really old ones are of a completely different quality. ↵↵The larger version was available at Landi for 500,-.... ok had several problems, but was under warranty and now runs and runs... ↵The big one is much better! ↵↵More powerful if you want to bake bread and pasta of any kind...↵But important:↵Never knead the dough too firm at the beginning, it's better to knead it too soft first and then add flour bit by bit. ↵And if the dough is very firm, knead the last bit by hand. Pasta is a real "crunchy nut".↵Pizza dough also works well 😃.↵↵I can highly recommend the Aid noodle attachment with spaghetti, ribbon noodles and lasagne.↵You have to try it, it must not be too sticky, then it works great. Spelt noodles are an absolute hit here.
