Hello josibeme, thank you for your message about our Silktouch napkins. We are sorry to hear that they are staining. The specialist department has informed me that we are unable to fix the printing ink more firmly to the tissue material. We use water-based inks. Friction and/or contact with moisture destroys the surface and releases the color pigments. This is why we also recommend using the reverse side for intense colors on the packaging. You can of course return the napkins to your Migros. Best regards, Richi
