Crème fraîche from the region from Napfmilch (lactose-free)

This article (2041.045.002) is a new addition to the range and has replaced the AHA product Crème fraîche (2041.411). The consistency is simply too thin. It is almost impossible to make a dipping sauce. This crème fraîche is only suitable for adding to thin sauces or soups.
Please simply reintroduce the AHA product (2041.411) to the range or perhaps something can be adjusted during production.
