I often shop with the Subito scanner. When I'm at the checkout, it shows me all the digitally activated coupons. It occurred to me spontaneously that I would rather not use one of the coupons after all, so I tried to stop the payment and deactivate the coupon in the app again. But I failed because the coupon was already shown as "redeemed" in the app. I think that's a shame, it would be great if I could deactivate the coupon either at the payment station or in the app if I realize that I don't want to use it at all.
Or have I overlooked something and is there a way to do this?
