You can find ginger jam in several countries (Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain, etc.), sometimes even from a famous brand from Lenzburg. In Switzerland, at least in my region, I've found ginger-something mixes from a foreign brand, but never ginger jam alone. Perhaps an idea for Bischofszell?
