Spanish cucumber in February

Concombre d'Espagne en février

I've just received the February 1 issue of Migros magazine and, as I do every week, I'm delighted to leaf through it↵I was, however, very disappointed and, to say the least, surprised to read, on the front page of the week's actions, that you had chosen as your "recommendation of the week", cucumbers from Spain!!! 😨↵There are so many "local" or seasonal products to promote in February! ↵I suggest you think about it........this and MY "recommendation of the week"!

Hello Coraminli, thank you for your comment. In winter, cucumbers are not produced in Switzerland because of the climate. That's why we currently source them from Spain. We offer these cucumbers to meet customer demand in winter. We also have many Swiss vegetables in our range. Your wish to present other vegetables as this week's recommendation has been recorded and passed on to those responsible. Best regards, Luisa
