I asked for a USB charger and a 3m cable at Melectronic Paradies in Allschwil on June 10, 2021. A salesperson fetched this for me from the warehouse. I received an XQUISIT charger and a 1.5m long USB 2 cable, also from EXQUISIT, for a total of €47.80. I was very surprised, then at home I saw a charger with 2 cables on Amazon for €9.99. This is how you promote so-called shopping tourism. I think it's a disgrace that unsuspecting older customers are being offered leftover stock from China at fantasy prices.

Hello HeinrichBalmer, thank you for your message. I have just received feedback from the specialist department. In the Far East, there are very large differences in quality in the various production facilities. For our products that require electricity, we are dependent on flawless goods. This is because we want to prevent fires in our homes, cars, etc. We also want to avoid defects in the housing of the cables caused by a lot of kinking. Admittedly, the Xqisit Lightning cable is in the higher price segment, but it received a score of 6 in the tests carried out by K-Tipp. I hope you can understand these explanations. Kind regards. Dear Tabea, thank you for your letter. The fact that this Chinese junk "Xqisit Lightning cable ... admittedly belongs to the higher price segment" is probably only due to Migros, which makes its money by buying in China (shopping tourism) and by massively inflating prices for the Swiss. The stuff was sold to me by an operator. 051011. That would not have happened in the past with the unfortunately retired Mr. Stocker
