I forwarded your request and was able to find out that such a request has already been made several times.
We then replied on a location-specific basis: In some stores there is enough space for lactose-free milk, but unfortunately not in others.
I wish you to be in our stores with sufficient space more often.

After 5 years, nothing has improved. It's not about lactose-free cow's milk, but about plant-based milk. That's been common sense for a long time! Now just offer oat milk in every takeaway and that's that.

Many thanks for the information. The most ecological solution would of course be one without a lot of waste - probably difficult to implement in terms of hygiene. However, plant-based milk should replace lactose-free cow's milk. Anyone who is lactose intolerant and still drinks cow's milk is living in a very ignorant world.

Exactly! There is still no plant-based milk available either in Migros restaurants or take-aways. It's high time something was done about this!
