A Coke stamp card for every purchase over €3 is clear.
If you buy Coke for €6 or more, do you get 2 or more stamps?
Or is it simply 1 stamp per purchase in general?

The info text clearly states "per 3 francs purchase value". This corresponds to the three stamps that were credited to me for buying a few cans of the Cinnamon version.

This is correct as described by @rbde565, the purchase value applies and therefore you would receive two stamps for Fr 6.
