Like many others, I think it's a real shame that the Chocolat Noir spread has disappeared from the shelves.

This spread was a REAL alternative to the other rather mediocre to ... products in this category. It's a mystery to me how this could have happened.
Too bad, I was just about to make it palatable to my circle of friends.

They should have checked with the supplier to see whether the vague phrase "may contain traces of ... could be deleted without replacement. This would have opened up another, unfortunately ever-growing customer group of allergy sufferers.

A decision by the numbers from the desk - supposedly customer-oriented. But not in the end.

I can't say it often enough: it's a real shame.
