Chocolat Frey is currently running another competition (Freylini). However, I have decided not to take part. The reason for this is not that I don't like Migros chocolate. It's more the opposite. The Suprême line in particular has many varieties that I love.
No, the reason is different: last Christmas there was also a competition. Among other things, you could win so-called "special mix" boxes from Freylini as instant prizes. If you won one of these, you could also give one to a friend as a gift.
I won one of these boxes myself in January. Unfortunately, I never received it, even though I provided my address as requested! My mother, to whom I gave the second box as a gift, never received it either!
As these were only "consolation prizes", I never asked Frey about them. That's too stupid for me.
Recently, however, some friends told me exactly the same story. They also never received such and similar instant prices from Chocolat Frey or only after asking several times.
I have a bit of a problem with this kind of thing. It's clear that you rarely win anything clever in such competitions. But if you don't even receive the consolation prizes you've won, that's just not on!
I would therefore be interested to know whether other Migipedia participants have had similar negative experiences with Frey competitions?
PS: There are still print screen copies of the two cases I mentioned and some of those of my colleagues, as well as some e-mails from Frey in which the gifts were communicated to the "friends".
