Chia bread

Chiabrot

I bought the chia bread from Migros for the first time last week. For my taste, this bread is a complete failure. Lidl and Coop offer a much better chia bread. Surprising, because otherwise the orange giant has really good bread. What do other customers think?

On the one hand, it's great that Migros is trying to keep up, but Migros should set itself apart and focus on linseed. From the region. Chia seeds are great, but linseed is almost identical in terms of nutritional information. They also have a much better ecological footprint, are cheaper, have been studied for much longer and are well established in Switzerland. It uses ground flaxseed (better absorbed by the body) and also advertises that it is generally better than the good chia seeds. Also in mueslis or at home.

Cheers

Like to use linseed and the sparse visitors turn up their noses until they have tried the dish or dishes. Unfortunately, flaxseed is not a trend product for advertising. The hype fehlt‼️ ?

It's easier to create hype than you think ;)
You just have to package it well and create some clever advertising.

Have a nice weekend :)

dear havala and frederica

thank you for your comments. but this is not about hype or linseed, but about the fact that the competitors aldi and coop offer far better chia bread than migros does. there are just people who want to enjoy a fine chia bread every now and then ?

@rambler

Interesting, because it tastes great to us! Even the next day! And the crust is delicious.
