I'm wondering if it's possible to have more beef-based charcuterie products apart from the traditional Grisons dried meats and roast beef (by which I also mean pork-free).

Hello Taroom, thank you very much for your contribution. We have a wide range of charcuterie products and our offer is rounded off with regional specialities. Unfortunately, shelf space is limited. That's why we focus on products that will appeal to the majority of our customers. For example, the following pork-free charcuterie products can be found in our stores: Grisons dried meat, roast beef, Appenzell mostbröckli, rebib meat, M-Budget beef salami, M-Budget poultry salami and all poultry products. All composite products, such as sausages, Italian cheese, etc., that do not contain pork are marked with a pictogram showing a small pig with a strikethrough. Sincerely, Luisa
