I'm wondering if it's possible to have more beef-based charcuterie products apart from the traditional Grisons dried meats and roast beef (by which I also mean pork-free).

That's why we focus on products that will appeal to the majority of our customers. For example, the following pork-free charcuterie products can be found in our stores: Grisons dried meat, roast beef, Appenzell mostbröckli, rebib meat, M-Budget beef salami, M-Budget poultry salami and all poultry products.
