- the barcode or item number
- the minimum shelf life date
- the batch or lot number
- the place of purchase
The item number is located next to the Migros logo and contains a series of digits (7 to 12 elements). The batch or lot number is usually found next to the minimum shelf life date. It usually begins with the letter L or consists of a combination of letters and digits.
With these numbers we will be able to determine exactly when the item in question was produced and whether production errors were made.Regards, Richi
