I am pleased that the Candida Interdental Brushes 6 - 8 mm product has been reintroduced into your range following numerous interventions from customers.
Unfortunately, these replacement brushes and the required replacement handles are only available in the larger stores, such as Seepark.
For me from Radolfzell, the trip to Seepark is very time-consuming and expensive. My nearest Migros partner is Petersburg 416; 8262 Ramsen. Neither the brush size mentioned nor replacement handles are available here.
The manager of Rupf Fam. AG in Ramsen told me that he could not order them.
Although he has all the smaller brushes in stock, he can't even get the required handles for them!!!!
What is actually going on at Migro? What kind of carrier device? I was told by you after the production of 6 - 8 mm brushes was discontinued that there was not enough demand. The fact is, however, that you do not comply with the wishes of the store managers. Mr. Rupf can't even order the handles, even though he has the smaller brushes in stock! What the hell is this nonsense? Why don't you comply with the wishes of the store managers?
I suggest to those responsible for supplying the stores, get off your high horse, get your ass off the chair, then at least the products you are holding back will have a chance of achieving higher production figures and being bought. It is obvious that now that you have stopped production of the aforementioned brushes, production has not yet started because potential customers are of the opinion that they no longer exist.
In the hope that I have not made a mistake and that the branch manager and customer wishes will be better addressed,

Please excuse me, it has taken a little longer to clarify this problem. I have learned that the required handles are generally not available in the store you mentioned. Due to a lack of space, it is unfortunately not possible to offer all products in smaller branches, which is why the handles are only listed as standard in the larger branches.
However, the store manager has the option of ordering the handles separately - but this order is not automated and must be placed manually.
I would therefore recommend that you get in touch with the contact person at the store directly and discuss the options with them.

It is not true that there is no space for the brushes and handles. Please leave it to the store manager to decide how to organize his store.
I was able to buy these brushes and handles in Ramsen until last year. I got them there for years. The store manager also told me that he had approached his supervisor about this several times - without success. I don't understand the stubbornness of the Migros decision-makers. Or could it be that the store manager doesn't know how to deal with the truth? However, I have a different opinion of Mr. Rupf, as I have known him for many years. Now I have one more request, stop with your excuses, I'm starting to lose it! Are you serious with your requests to help make Migros better?

I was very surprised and pleased to receive your message. Your efforts and helpfulness will bring some relief to the store managers in their efforts to satisfy their customers.
Admittedly, I was a little annoyed by the stubborn attitude of the decision-makers at Migros. But hopefully that's all water under the bridge now.
I will soon be shopping and filling up again in Ramsen, where I will also be buying replacement handles and the corresponding brushes, especially these 6-8mm ones.
