The Cafe Royal Doppio Espresso has a great taste, but for weeks it has only been dripping out of the machine and sometimes it even blocks completely. Is the coffee ground too finely or are the capsules too full? It's not the machine, other capsules work without any problems.

The filling weight of the Doppio capsule is higher than that of all other varieties, which leads to a higher back pressure. The coffee flow is also different - the coffee flows very slowly. However, this is intentional and should contribute to a strong coffee. The drinking recommendation of 25ml / 40ml should be adhered to. As this is a natural product, slight variations are possible from pack to pack. Not every bean always develops in exactly the same way. We ask for your understanding.
