"The aromatic, fresh butter note develops thanks to the above-average amount of butter. The CoR Zurich plait contains almost 30 percent more butter than a standard butter plait," explains Paul Zehnder, Fresh Product Manager at Migros Zurich, who launched the butter plait in collaboration with Migros bakery Jowa.
